I know this sounds totally bizarre, but it is soooooo yummy and fattening...but yummy

slice the bananas length wise and dip into tempura mix, and fry in a little oil, until crispy, drag through some cinnamon and sugar and eat em warm...or if you really want to up your calorie intake, serve them with vanilla ice cream

super ripe bananas are good for cooking, like banana bread and what not or cookies that use bananas in them.

revolution gets me hot.

I make baby foood, but I am sure that is not what you were looking for  Grin

Slice the, toss them in a pan with a little vanilla, brown sugar and water.  I use that to top waffles, but you could eat plain or top with ice cream.

you can throw them in pancakes.
my favorite is banana, milk, honey and ice in the blender.  The honey is key.

yes yes BANANA BREAD! freezes well, too. Or, since you said you're sick of eating b-bread all the time, you can give it away as gifts! pretty if you make it in mini-loaf pans, & wrap in cellophane bag tied w/ ribbon.

ok, this might sound weird, but i like this curried banana corn salad. it's really yellow.

also, ripe bananas mixed with lemon juice and cinnamon are a great toping for curried peanut soup, or sandwiched between peanut butter cookies!

i second the pancakes!
