A colleague asked me to make a bag to hold her portable hard drive. Several other colleagues also asked for them. The photos show the front and the inside. There is also a small pocket on the back to hold the small cable. I have also made them on request as camera cases and to hold a GPS - a very flexible little bag !!!!

It is very pretty and it looks like their portable hard drives are comfy and safe in there. Great job!
Happy New Year!

Did you use a pattern/tutorial? My niece is learning to sew and this would be a great project for her.

Hi mhills - its a variation on a lot of wallet patterns you see around. I had alreadybought keykalou's easy envelope clutch pattern on etsy.

I then just used the principles and changed the shape and reversed the loop and button.

I have used the pattern several times - it is very easy!!! I also add extra layers of pockets to make a great wallet. Her patterns are terrific and I recommend them.

It's beautiful and functional. Love the fabric, too.
