A colleague asked me to make a bag to hold her portable hard drive. Several other colleagues also asked for them. The photos show the front and the inside. There is also a small pocket on the back to hold the small cable. I have also made them on request as camera cases and to hold a GPS - a very flexible little bag !!!!

Did you use a pattern/tutorial? My niece is learning to sew and this would be a great project for her.

Hi mhills - its a variation on a lot of wallet patterns you see around. I had alreadybought keykalou's easy envelope clutch pattern on etsy.

I then just used the principles and changed the shape and reversed the loop and button.

I have used the pattern several times - it is very easy!!! I also add extra layers of pockets to make a great wallet. Her patterns are terrific and I recommend them.
