I took an old purse and sewed black velvet on one side and put a monster face on it from stuff I had around the house...

I do like the way it turned out but I am wondering if everyone else does,,,

also... what kind of glue would you have used??? I used my hot glue gun for the beads but you can see some of the glue  Roll Eyes

I would like to make more but want them to look more professional...

Any input would be SO APPRECIATED!!!!!!

I cannot wait until I can do swaps...  Grin Grin

Such a neat idea!  I love the little teeth...

I'm a big fan of E3000 glue, it's stronger than hot glue and seems to work on almost anything.

What did you use for the teeth?  They look really sort of disgusting in an appropriate way!

seashells..lol  the pooka kind for the top and a small spiral ones for the bottom I just turned the spiral around for the mean look..lol

Honestly this is the first non-cheery type of project I have done...lol
That is why I wanna other peoples opinions... :-)
My 3 year old wanted a monster purse that had shiny eyes....so what is a Mom to do?  .....make it...lol

She loved it... after she said she wanted a purple monster with a big happy smile... and so a Mothers work is never done.... gotta get some kinda clay and some felt for the purple happy monster..lol
