Great of you to have a list already. I think the hardest part is to get the ideas.

I finally started a list of everything I'd like to get made for the holidays.  I've tried starting this week but every knitted thing I look at ends up ruined, so I'm laying down the needles and taking the rest of the week off.  Hopefully, I can start fresh next week! Cheesy

I am with you lapoli--this must be a bad week for yarn...I tried making some peppermint candy scrubbies...ugly... made two left gloves Smiley....frogged an entire shrug because it was just not the right weight yarn...

I am going to work on some holiday tags and cards I think in order to get my January project done...maybe I will have better luck with paper! Cheesy

Found out my grandparents will be here this year, that means making a gift for them, along with bithday gifts since their birthdays fall around that time as well, any ideas for a 75 and 76 year old?
As ussual they will be getting a calendar with pics of their greatgrandkids (my sister in law takes the photos and I put it all together)

Welp, I made three little things...

Three ornaments for my yule tree, to replace three others I got rid of last year that weren't to my taste. Apparently my taste is nerdy. I'm not overly happy with the block-- if I had to do it again, I'd stiffen the sides with some interfacing so they don't bow outwards like that, but oh well, better luck next time.

...and finished making a big thing.

All my holiday cards! My family celebrates Hanukah and my husband's celebrates Christmas, so I got to try making two designs. Then I added a third just because I'm a masochist.

Now to make three scarves, six rice handwarmers, six potholders, and come up with a bajillion other things...

*Important Note*

I just wanted to let everyone know that stoliedina is going through some personal issues and is having to take a break from things, including the Holiday Handmade Crusade, for the moment.

That means that the prize drawings and stoliedina's other Crusade details will be on hold for now, but I hope that we can continue to meet here informally to prep for a great holiday!

There's such great work being done here this month--lists made and projects started!  Let's keep on crafting and supporting one another so that when stoliedina  returns we can be proud of our fabulous holiday progress!

deathchicken - I love the Mario box!  Cheesy  And a question - did you stamp the 'Merry Christmas' and 'Happy Hannukah' or did you print it?  Regardless, they look fabulous!

And I'm thinking good thoughts in stoliedina's direction.  *crafty hugs for her*
