i just found this link with amazing and creapy polymer clay dolls. features more than one artist. just thought maybe inspiration. it is amazing how some of these doll makers make such realistic crazy things! please post links here of other inspiring polymer clay artists. i would like this to be a thread for inspiration so wouldbe neat to see some interesting things people make out of polymer clay.

here is the first one...please continue to post on this thread.

Both those sights are so inspiring!
Check out Amanda Louise Spayd's work. I just found her yesterday while doing a search for teeth....

oh yes! i have been admiring her stuff for a while now! i tried to make a similar face like she does on her bunnies. but i have no doll eyes to work with. can you belive micheals doesnt sell glass eyes over here anymore!? i saw a tutorial on how to make polymer eyes using liquid polymer for the clear lens part of the eye. micheals didnt have liquid polymer either! i got translucent polymer, havent used it yet. very curious to see exactly how translucent it is. might make for some nifty crafting!

i made a really neat art doll out of polymer in the side show swap. it is a siemese twin. my partner said she will post pictures today hopefully. i am very proud of it, it is the best thing i ever made out of polymer so far! now if i could only figure out how to make the clothing for the polymer dolls! not good at sewing clothing stuffs. what do you recommend? thinking of maybe using already made barbie clothes or something next try. the one i made was a conjoined twin so i dont think it wouldve worked out for this doll as it also was not barbie size. maybe i will find the clothes first and sculpt dolls to fit!
