How would one go about printing on a glass ornament?

A favorite one broke and since they don't make them anymore (the school was renamed and ebay has none). I want to try to reproduce it. it would be a single color and a single ornament, so a disposable method would be okay. it was an emblem for a college, so crisp lines would be necessary, and I have not had luck with stenciling (unless there are tips for that as well!)

thanks in advance!
