Admittedly I'm another Kreinik lover, however #8 braid sucks #4 is much more managable. Rainbow Gallery also makes some petite braids that are pretty spiffy and sometimes preferred over Kreinik.

Oh wow!!!!  Thanks everyone!!!!  Today was starting off as suck but y'all have really perked me up!!!!  I am just really grinning from ear to ear!  Withananotane, thanks for more tips on Kreinik!  I went looking for some this weekend, but I didn't find any.  At least the whole of the internet is at my disposal!

Yeah you can't find any good colors at local places unless you have a LNS nearby, which I don't. I get really good service from www.123stitch.com they don't show the colors but you can check them out at www.kreinik.com. I get a lot of stuff from a lady on ebay too.

I LOVE sparkles and kreiniks equal sparkles. My latest project that I kitted up requires six spools of kreinik (four different colors) and 39 packs of Mill Hill beads & treasures. BLING

That is coming along beautifully!  I can't wait to see the completed project!  And then the mermaid when you make that one!!!!  I've seen that style before and I always think about trying one, but I probably wouldn't have the patience.  Outlines are one thing, but all that gorgeous filling in....
