I'm making this for someone, and its not complete yet (or maybe it is?) but I'm really happy with my progress so far. It took forever to do the lettering. I might add something, but I'm not sure what. If you have any ideas, tell me. Smiley
Enjoy

I don't think I'd add anything sewn but use a contrasting mat in either a bright or primary color and a glossy black frame.

This is fantastic! I think adding in red somehow would be really neat, making it like a vintage tattoo design.

How about embroidering a needle with a red bright curly thread in the empty spaces on both sides of the middle word?
You did a great job on embroidering the text.
Happy New Year!

Thanks BeaG, I hope everyone had a good (and safe) New year!
I think I'm going to fill in the blank parts of the letters, with red, as been suggested. I'll update when  I've done it. Smiley

Or you could fill in blank part of the letters with white or another color. That would be cool. Smiley Or red. I love red.
