This advent calendar is a present I made for my parents - remarkably, I finished it just a week AFTER December 1st... So that's why the first 6 sweets were missing when I gave it to them on December, 7th  Grin

Empty...

... And full of sweets

Here you can see the little peg with a glittery felt star glued on it to mark the day

And a detail of the embroidered numbers (it was the first time I embroidered anything, so it took me forever)

Here is a WIP photo

I'm going to add some polymer clay and\or felt decorations for next year (I really didn't have the time to do it this year  Grin)

C&C welcome!

Thanks

I really love this design! Its very cute and the little present pocket at the bottom is great! I think this has got to be one of my favorite advent calendars I have seen.

I liked the idea of the clip on star too. Maybe when you go to make the other ornaments they could clip on the same way? Even without ornaments, it's still a great gift to give all through the season. (now you have to fill it every year)   Wink  thanks for sharing!

Love this craft! Thinking of doing this craft with a group of kids at church. Would you please send me the pattern? Thanks!
