i claim fishstix43 for a cute small wallet (id card sized) & a surprise  Smiley ~ due Jan 31

2nd claim, 0 sent, 0 rec'd

hi there!  my name is kym, and i live in nj, usa with my lovely swiss boyfriend.  i love to knit cozy little somethings and do yoga in my backyard on sunny days.  i'm a peta-loving vegetarian, which means kindly please dont send me anything thats been harmful to animals in any way.  im also sensitive to wool so please dont use that for me.

likes:
    * functional items - i'd always take function over form.  what better way is there to surround yourself with art than by making everyday items small works of art in and of themselves?
    * interesting color combos such as peach + pink + grey,  red + sky blue,  sand + teal + white,  olive green + turquoise,  yellow + grey
    * colors: cream, steel grey, olive green, moss green, teal, turquoise
    * organic/natural looks - wood, nature colors, bronze/antique metals
    * woodland creatures (deer, squirrels, birds, bunnies, skunks, etc) & pandas
    * dandelions & cherry blossoms
    * hippie/indie/bohemian style, minus the tie dye and birkenstocks
    * yummy smells that are fruity or sweet like dessert
    * baking cupcakes

dislikes:
    * religious items
    * primary colors, bright orange, dark purple, & brown unless used sparingly and/or in interesting combos with other colors
    * gothic style
    * plaid & paisley
    * cigarette smoke
    * glitter and sparkles
    * animal cruelty

red = I want it, I need it, Ill be your best friend if you make it

fabric:
**big wish**furry animal hat w/ ears!  I would love it in darker brown or black as a bear, or as a panda

i am going to claim sugaree for an embellished tank or two!

1st claim this round, 0 sent, 0 received

my name is claire, I live in fabulous new jersey (don't judge us by those jersey shore fools!), i'm a vegetarian, i do yoga, i ride bikes. i love animals (especially cats, owls) and anything bohemian/indie. my favorite colors are blue, orange, teal and green. no allergies but can't stand the feel of velvet and i don't like chocolate or cheesecake. i love the golden girls and harry potter. i have a ridiculous collection of sunglasses. one day i will scoot around on a green vespa. Cheesy

i am very easy to please and will love anything you take the time to make me Smiley

BIG wishes BOLD

Jewelry and accessories:
- RINGS - I'd love a plain band (stamped metal? size 5) OR one with a big stone/charm
- Carved wooden ring

- Headbands! Fabric or the plastic kind with feathers, flowers, old brooch would be really cool too!

I claim AsphaltQueen for felt alphabet and/or number set

This is my second claim, 0 sent, 0 recieved.

Hi Im Katy and I live with my husband in the UK. We are both rather geeky though Im a nature/animal lover as well. Im a full time student studying for a BA in Creative Writing. I love greens, blues and purples, anything tree themed and animals of all kinds. Im into games such as Final Fantasy, World of Warcraft, Professor Layton, the new Mario Wii game and all the old point and click classics. Im not a big fan of really heavy scents as they give me a headache and Im allergic to peanuts.

Crafts.

A Wisty surprisehttp://www.wists.com/KatyMai

Decorated t-shirts with something geeky ( you know something like Theres no place like 127.0.0.1 written on it) or Mario based for my hubby. Hes XXL in British sizes and would prefer a black base colour.

Anything final fantasy based, seriously anything, we are both in love with them especially FFX and FFVII.

Tree based wall art, I love the new house we have moved into but oh my gosh the walls are bare. Check out my wist for some ideas.

A messenger bag for me to use for college, preferably in a gothic or hippy style.

A small embroidered pouch for me to keep my rune set in. Preferably with a Nordic/gothic/wiccan theme, Yggdrasil for example would be great.

World of warcraft items, this can be anything from hearthstones to amigurami warlock pets, I just feel I need to inject a bit of WoW into my house! If it helps I play a male human warlock (Numair) and hubby plays a female worgen druid (Shabina). - Thankyou Fullmoon!

I really really need a new wallet. No coin pocket, just room for notes and cards would be perfect. For ideas on fabrics I like greens and blues and purples.

Reusable cotton pads for removing makeup, Im trying to be more green.

My tea towels have holes in them so Id love some new ones to go in our new kitchen. Preferably with a geeky/Mario/WoW theme or a nature theme.

Thanks to moving house we now have a dining room table but no settings for it, some place mats and matching coasters would be great!

Elasticated scrunchies (hair ties) in any colours.

Handmade lined or unlined journal.

A small shrine based around trees and gemstones.

A pottery spoon rest.

A DSi case in a naturey or Mario theme.

A decorated votive candle holder in a tree theme, dont mind if its etched or painted or what but it needs to be able to have a candle lit in it so maybe not papercraft!

A rune set like this one my wists http://www.wists.com/KatyMai/4ec6164859a268bd85152e74ecc8355c?offset=0 Elder Furthark please but i dont mind what wood you use.

A charm bracelet decorated with runes.

A mousemat for hubby, something programming related, geeky, wow or final fantasy related.

Candles in christmassy, cinnamon, or 'red' smell.

Hearthstone pillows like these here http://www.wists.com/KatyMai/c0252a635a7f3b46e0bd2f0cbec4d142?offset=0

Lavender bunny in any colour/s but green and purple - http://www.rheatheylia.com/index.php?page=patterns&id=3

Earth spirits like these ones - http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=317094.0

Supplies.

Embroidery hoops of all sizes.

A new pair of round nosed pliers, mine broke  Sad

FQs any pattern I just love fabric.

Any yarn, handmade or shop bought.

Glass or gemstone beads.

Buttons, in blues and purples.

Fake fur, any sizes including scraps.

Any jewellery findings, I can always use more.

Thankyou in advance for claiming me Cheesy

I claim KatyMai for Elasticated scrunchies, reusable cotton pads, and maybe a small surprise too.  Smiley

This is my 4th claim, 1 sent, and 2 received.

About me:  I'm 30 years old, and I live in Toronto, Canada.  I have no allergies, but I'm not a big fan of cigarette smoke.  DFH and I live in a suburban apartment with our two kitties.

Favourite colours are turquoise/sea blue, jade green, and gold, with a healthy dose of black, white, grey and silver... but there aren't any colours I dislike except for bright neon or bright primary colours.  We're getting married this fall, and our colours will be Red and Gold (good fortune Chinese colours).  Although I've been working on updating my wist and profile, I have a ton of different hobbies and interests, so here are some more themes I like:

Canadiana (not like maple leafs and flags, more like historic Canadian icons, HBC, cottage life, northern rural crafts and antiques, birch bark, modern Canadian graphics from the centennial years, Group of Seven and Douglas Coupland's art)
Nature/forests/surf/ocean
Science/Geekery
Children's book fantasy images
Lomography
Antiques, Found Objects, reclaimed wood, Historical nautical motifs (schooners, log books, old nautical trinkets)

My Wishes:

Crafted:
For DFH: A padded tenor ukelele bag/case like this in any masculine/neutral fabric.  (pm for dimensions of uke.)
A black or charcoal grey messenger bag.
Wool dryer balls
A tea cozy  (geek/sci theme would be awesome, or anything else kind of cool and unexpected)
Oven mitts  (geek/sci theme would be awesome, or anything else kind of cool and unexpected)
Kanzashi flower hair clips in nice cotton fabrics
A pair of "K" and "M" scrabble cushions
Homemade body butter, lip balms, & lotion bars. (fav scents are rosewater, citrus, and berry)
Water bottle carrier with a strap and pockets for keys/phone/etc.
A gym journal with blank training logs for NROL4W, bonus if there is place to hold a pen or pencil, a pocket for index cards, and a loop or D-ring for a carabiner clip.
A knee-length house coat or bath robe for me
Protective case for my Sony Reader touch (Dimensions are Approx. 6.61 x 4.68 x 0.38 inches (H/W/D))
Armband for working out with my Ipod nano (5th Gen)
A thread catcher for my sewing table
Bella mittens
A slouchy toque (hat)
reusable "paper" towels
A drapey cowl with a large cable pattern
A dust cover for my serger
pottery - a mug, bowl, butter dish... anything, really.
A silver charm bracelet (doesn't have to be full of charms, I'd like to start collecting and making charms to add) thank you lindyv321!
Art - lino or photography prints
Tree of life pendant thank you phoenixfiredesigns!
A white, cream, or black Anthropologie-inspired top or blouse that is big enough to fit me. (XL - pm me for measurements)
A black or navy bias/a-line skirt (XL - pm me for measurements)
A bold necklace that would dress up the boring, all-black wardrobe I have to wear at work.  Not a requirement at all, but I love necklaces that feature reclaimed trinkets, kinda steampunk-style but less industrial.
Hand crafted chopsticks
HBC Point Blanket inspired baby quilt
Camera strap for my Nikon D80
Crafted bento (lunchbox) goodies to help me bring my lunch to work every day (like a bento box, reusable snack and sandwich bags, salad dressing container, cutlery holder/roll, or some other nifty lunch goodies) -- just not a lunch bag, because I already have one I use every day.
Note Cards (I'm getting married in the fall, so I need thank-you cards!)
A guest book for our wedding
A large portable sewing kit, with space for about a half-dozen Guterman thread spools (100yds).
A surprise

Supplies:
Wool Felt
Needle felting stuff (I'd like to learn how)
Polymer clay and/or tools (I would like to learn how to make my own buttons)
Fat Quarters or Jelly Rolls (Especially pretty Japanese and modern prints in Black, Blue, Turquoise, or Green)
Jewelry supplies (Another craft I'd like to learn... I have some tools, but no idea where to start)
Book binding kit + instructions (Another craft I'd love to learn)
Sea Glass
Purse findings/hardware
Natural fibre yarn
Stamps, stamp pads
Watercolour paper, paints, or brushes
Beeswax, essential oils, cocoa or shea butter for making lip balms
Decent-sized leather pieces (not too scrappy), reclaimed pieces from old garments are great.
*Mega-Huge Wish* a hot knife for cutting specialty woven fabrics
Back issues of Threads magazine
Zippers, buttons, and needles (both hand sewing and sewing machine needles.)

Ideas for Extras:
Candy: Botan Rice Candy, Haribo Gummi candies, fruit leather, Fruit Roll-ups (I can't find them where I live, and they're my favourite evil sugar treat!)
Loose Tea: Fruity, herbal, white, green, jasmine...
Origami paper cranes in red or gold japanese papers
Yummy protein/energy bars or recipes (I looooove LaraBars, so if you have a recipe for something similar I would love you forever. Even a recipe for high protein, high fibre, low G.I. trail mix cookies would be awesome for a post-workout snack.)
Jams, jellies or preserves (just about any kind of fruit... even apple butter would be lovely.  Lower in refined sugar is awesome).  I'm always looking for fruity jams to add to my plain yogurt.

Anything snail realated would be super awsome.I also really like jellyfish and goldfish.
I really dislike pastels. They look all washed out to me. I do tend to read a lot when I'm not crafting. OH yeah I"m in Canada right near the Detroit boarder. I can see Detroit from my back yard!
I do have a wists and there seems to be a fair amount in there now!

Reusable bags with geeky/fun/animal designs.

Tree of life something. Just about anything with this on it would be good. A necklace would be super awsome.

I claim AlyssaKnits for wall art and other surprises!

This is my very 1st claim!  I'm so excited!

Im Laurrrenn, a 20 year old marketing student/graphic design business owner in Virginia.  I love all sorts of nerdy computer geekery, fashion/beauty/girly things, the smell of vanilla(!!!), crude humor, zebras and their stripes, wall art, owls and fun, retro pretty things!  I love earthy colors- muted grays and browns but also orangey coral, purple, maroon and pink.  I think colorful 80s fashion is beautiful and amazing but I also like the glamorous 20s, 30s and 40s.  I spend a lot of time cooking/baking, doing yoga, traveling and using Photoshop.  And since Im from Virginia, I LOVE dogwood trees, especially the pink ones!

I do a lot of paper crafts like making greeting cards and mixed-media art, jewelry making (feather earrings!!), soap and other bath and beauty stuff making and a little crocheting.  Im always on the lookout for fun supplies for all of that.

I DONT like little knick knack trinkety things, non-wall art (I can never find a place to put it!), green, pastel colors, the smell of jasmine and lavender, food coloring and old fashioned country things.

::CRAFTED ITEMS::

-Slouchy 80s style off the shoulder t-shirt in a soft, sheer fabric (can be altered/reconstructed)  I like the shape of this one: http://www.etsy.com/listing/59819780/tree-print-slouchy-loose-fit-tee-one and http://www.etsy.com/listing/61328265/slouchy-duo-stripe-top-cafe-au-lait

-Leggings!  In fun patterns like gray and black zebra stripes!

-Really soft screen printed t-shirt for my guy

-Makeup bag with lots of pockets (For LOTS of makeup haha!)

-Roll-up makeup brush holder (Like this one: http://www.etsy.com/listing/56177984/small-makeup-brush-roll-chocolate-teal)

-Handmade lotion or exfoliating soap (Preferably with essential oils and no artificial fragrance or dyes)  I love the smell of vanilla cake/cookies and sweet, musky scents.

-Soft wool socks for my guy (mens size 10/11)

-Soft wool socks for me haha! (ladies size 7)

-Pretty, timelessly classy recipe box that holds 5 x 7 inch recipe cards (Why are those so hard to find?!?)

-Large tote/bag/purse with lots of sections and pockets for traveling

-Measuring spoon hooks

-Multistrand or chunky (but not too chunky!  Im only 52) necklace

-Wallet- something sturdy and durable but still pretty.  I have a problem with the one I have now because its JUST big enough to fit cash and when Im in a hurry, I cant get it to fit! Ugh! One like this would be nice (http://www.etsy.com/listing/65850746/aqua-and-mustard-yellow-floral-fabric)

::SUPPLIES::

-Soft yarn- I dont really need this because I dont crochet that muchbut more is fun.

-Textured paper in light colors

-Jewelry wire (18-26 gauge) in silver or copper color

-Rubber stamps (I prefer the simple ones like this: http://www.etsy.com/listing/61585487/tiny-dahlia-flower-rubber-stamp  not the ones with shading)

-Embossing powder

-Soap/lotion destash: anything along the lines of soap base, oils, fragrance, molds, etc.  But please, no cutesy molds like bears, hearts or candy canes.  I prefer rectangular/square or other more versatile molds.

-Zebra striped things like beads, fabric (maybe), paper, etc.

-Sticker paper

-Plain t-shirts like ones made by Hanes or American Apparel

-Glass or plastic containers for homemade lip balm, lotion and other beauty things

::EXTRAS::

-Anything from or inspired by my wist!  I just started it so I dont have much on it: http://www.wists.com/theintermission

Im so excited about this!  PM me if you need measurements or anything.
