Yup!  There is a new one each month.  But sign-ups are all long each month, so there is still time.  ^_^  We still have a full week of claiming until December!  (wow, this month went by fast!)

Ok, December's Swap is up and ready for sign-ups!  And, like always, claiming doesn't start until December 1st.

Hey I was just looking over the galleries for the ATCs for the last few months and I think I am going to sign up for it Smiley! Sounds like fun and like it will be cheaper then the other swaps I have been doing. But I have a few questions and I am pretty sure this is the place for questions for the swap... If not, I'm sorry Embarrassed

1. If it's a chain claim system then how do we get our partners address? I looked and they don't list them in there posts after they make a claim.

2. Do people tend to send them in a normal letter envelope? And dose it tend to take one stamp or more?

3. Most of the themes sound pretty broad, are more specific ones ok?

1. You PM the person you've claimed and ask them for their mailing address.

2. Unless I have something super 3D or heavy attached to it and think it might break in the sorting machine, I send in a regular envelope with one stamp.  I think that goes for most people.

3.  You can be specific in your themes, you just want to make sure you have enough options so that people will want to claim you.

You should join us!

After you claim someone, you PM them and ask for their address and they will send it to you.  If they don't respond, I can always hook you up with their address.

Yes, they are sent in a normal envelope.  Most send them in a card so they stay safe on their trip.  If its just a card and an ATC and its not too thick, then you can do just a stamp.  I always add extras with my ATCs so I slap on an extra $.20 stamp for good measure.  I've never had anything come back to me saying I didn't have enough postage.

Specific themes are ok, but make sure you have a variety so more people would want to claim you.  It might hold up the swap if your themes are too narrow and no one wants to claim your themes.  Just a thought!  ^_^

Hope you join us!

WOW! You guys are fast! Ok then.... One more questions! I've noticed that the cards are done on many different looking backings. Most of course are paper from what I can tell but dose it matter what kind of paper it is? Because looking at at the normal paper I have laying around from past crafts it just doesn't feel sturdy enough to me. But for all I know this normal paper could be what 90% of ATCs are made of Tongue
