I'd like to start a get-together for those in the Quad City area.  If you're into crafting, let's talk!

Have you gotten any responses in your email to this post?  I'm in the Prescott area and was curious as to whether any Craftsters have contacted you.  I've come across knitting, crochet, and quilting groups, but nothing for general crafters or embroiderers like me.

Hi!
I'm a counted cross-stitcher myself and love embroidery.  Maybe we should get together like those knitters did at the coffeehouse.  People started coming up and watching and joining in.
And no -- you are my only response on here.  Sad

Hi!
I'm a crafter as well! I just discovered Craftster today and I saw you post! Would you send me more info?

I've lived here (Prescott) forever and I'm always on the look out for new crafty neighbors!

Hi Folks,

I am moving to Prescott soon and I want to join you!  Sounds like fun... I will try to respond to this post when I move to see if anyone responds.

It's a particularly crafty time of year so I'm thinking it is a good time to gather a group.  You can PM me here on Craftster and we can make arrangements to meet or just discuss the kinds of crafts we like to do and what type of meetups people may be interested in having.  I'd say a group of 4 crafty peeps isn't a bad start.
