I made this for all the grandparents this Chrismas for about $10.  (well in theory, I messed up a few times so I had to start over).  Pretty easy, but they loved them!  I like them so much I think I am going to make me some (only, in orange not white!).

Oh I love these. I've seen this silhouette idea in a frame, but I love the pillow- the set makes such a nice piece. Can I ask how you got the outline?

I had them stand against a light background took the picture and then used the outline tool in MS Picture It (the program I happen to have) and filled in with black.   Smiley  The lighter the background the better.  You can sort of see my daughter is a little crisper because my son had a shadow... buuuuut it was Christmas Eve and I didn't really have the time to redo them all.  Ha, lazy craftster that I am.
