Yay!  Another FOC raffle swap!  I'll figure out what I can make then send my questionnaire in.  I'll admit that even though I'm a great recycler in most areas of my life, I'm not so great at using it in my crafting.  This is just what I need to get started.

This is just up my alley...money is tight, but I really like to swap.  I'll think on this then send in my questionnaire.

Oooh, hmm.  This is tempting!  I need to figure out what I could make.  I've got a wool sweater that could be fulled and cut up into something ... need to figure out what!

I am totally going to join. Perhaps even right now. I'll have to make a list of what to actually make though! In my craft room, I have clothing and an old wool sweater waiting to be reused.... I may do a bag or some wearable accessory.

I'm thinking of joining, I've always wanted to join one of the raffle swaps.

I have a question, though...does it need to be recycled or can it be something from stash?  No money spent...

I was wondering kind of the same thing.  I have a huge tub of fabric scraps that I've saved for patchwork projects.  Does using those count?

I just went over to the discusion thread and found this:
From TheSaphireMoon
Quote
Yes, to all things mentioned on the upcyled/recycled front Grin  Basically, using something as supplies that had a previous other use, using trash to make something new, or making something into something completely different would all be acceptable uses of upcycling/recycling for this theme.  Old clothing into new clothing or accessories, pop tab belt, magazine collage or recycled paper from old paper, felting a sweater into a stuffed toy or something...all great things that can come from other things!

so, I'm not sure if fabric scraps qualify "great things that can come from other things"...  But I'm not the organizer, so we'll wait to see what her final say is Smiley
