really cute scarf, perfect for stash busting teensy scraps of fabric. I can see a Teesha Moore version of this. Then again, I can pretty much see a Teesha Moore version of anything Cheesy.

Also, a how to fabric covered belt, great for scrap fabric. This would work with any thrift store or old beat up belt I think.

This is just a gratuitous weird craft post because I love the weird stuff.

I keep wishing I could be a good giver in the giver and needers swap, but my package would just be a big jumble of stuff.  From small segments of fabric (I don't think I have a piece that's bigger then 1 meter :*( ) I only have a couple untouched skeins of yarn,  unprocessed fleeces and small chunks of colored roving, a couple handfuls of beads......... I'll try for next time and see if anyone wants a jumbled "try out multiple crafts package....

I'm a craft "dabbler," so I actually use little bits of a lot of things.  That could also be a fun "inspiration/challenge" package.  (Oooh; that'd be a cool swap/craftalong:  you send a box of random supplies and the recipient's challenge is to make use of as much of it as possible.)

Love the wall organizer!!

Also, craftylittlemonkey--those scrap fabric scarves would be great for spring and summer!  They are colorful and lightweight!

that is an awesome idea for a swap...   Good to hear that a jumble of stuff package would be welcome to someone.   I'll be watching for the next givers/needers, or even an inspiration supply package swap....

LOL!

You're right though, that artsy shot cuts off too much of the hat. I mean, nice abs and all but pshaw, those are a dime a dozen on the interwebz. I want to see more Craft Porn!

What a cool idea for a tattoo, though (the little feet)!  (It brings out the smart aleck in me, though: "Y'know, some people just do t-shirts for Father's Day."  lol)

I have an idea for those with heaps of yarn but short attention spans  Wink (yes Im still destashing, its just mostly been for swaps) here in NZ theres a clothing chain called Glassons who have called out to all knitters (Im hoping crocheters too) for scarves. What they will do, for every scarf you make (at about 1.5-1.8m in length) they will sell them in their stores for $25 and ALL the proceeds go to the Quake relief here for the Christchurch earthquake. So if you want to destash and get the warm fuzzies, whip up some scarves, you can send them to me if youd like and Ill drop them off, or I can get hold of their head offices PO address and you can send right there  Cheesy

Thanks b_p, I hadn't heard about this! I've already got a few things made I can drop in to them. Smiley

Does it count as destashing if I make something from my stash, but it only uses scraps and still leaves me with large pieces of the fabric or whatever I used?
