The first page of this thread lists various projects and links for all sorts of things you can make!  I am using the baby hat loom to make legwarmers...people are coming up with all sorts of ways to use them...I made a hat using a loom and then I just crocheted all of the extras!

There are quite a few pamphlets/books out now for patterns and ideas with the KK and other similar looms. I have a few so I will have to pull them out to see what I have. It has been awhile since I've used them.

The baby hats are the most fun...I find that guys like these hats because they are simple and stretchy...I have used "yarn" made from old clothing to make recycled hats that are very cute and fun...you do have to loom loosely to be sure you get some stretch...I also like to make a wide brim on mine...it takes more yarn but it is warm!

Just popping in to say I am planning on starting the 2012 De-Stash thread on Friday, just to give folks a heads up, to see if that would somehow cause a kerfuffle, or to see if there were any last minute suggestions for improvements.  Does this seem soon enough to people?  And I've got a draft of themes/challenges for the year already so I don't get caught flat-footed like I did this year, but would welcome any ideas you have.

the sweater was the third thing I did, hats got old first, and I only needed one pair of knitted socks Smiley

Looking for Sophia the first fabric and Frozen fabric (preferably flannel, but would settle for cotton) and Phoomph.  I'm in Canada and the companies are that I could order from charge $20-$30 shipping, so if anybody can find some and wants to swap/sell, I would be eternally greatfull.

It's totally up to you!  I'm probably going to stock up on a few yards of muslin before the new year, because that's something I always need but never have.

I'm in.  Although, I'm not to sure just how much destashing (other then Homework destashing) I'll be doing in the first few months of the new year...  I am glad to say though, that I did get rid of A LOT of yarn, a goodly pile of fabric, and of course some fiber, though that was mostly all replaced..... I wonder how long I could go without buying a single thing.... sounds like a good challenge for me.  No more fiber until I've used almost all of it up, no matter how much prep work I need to do to it.....
