My daughter is crazy for purple and for pandas...so what better Christmas gift than a purple panda hat?

I did a basic bulky double crochet hat with ear flaps, contrast edge and long twisted cords.  The details I kind of made up as I went along...pulled them out a bunch of times..lol.
I'm pretty happy with the result and she never takes it off...even inside  Grin

For my youngest daughter...I used the same pattern and created a minion hat.  I was running out of black yarn so I skimped on the goggle band.  She won't take hers off either....makes a craftster mom proud.

The panda hat has such beautiful colors and the minion hat is such a great idea! Very well executed too. Good job!
