Thanks so much for sharing  Cheesy I'm totally trying this out later today   Smiley

Edit: I have tried and am in even more awe of your skills! My stubby fingers struggle with most miniature stuff and this was no exception  Roll Eyes It was quite tricky to keep my 'stitches' even but when I (just about) managed it I was so pleased  Cheesy I plan to get in more practice  Wink

my first attempt was  horrendous, uneven stitching and enormous gaps.  Embarrassed
though the technique is simple perfection comes with practice, stick with it! Smiley

I just saw this done with regular clay this week and could NOT figure out how it was done.  The potter who did it is also a knitter and I was trying to work out if he actually knitted it  Cheesy

Thanks for sharing this method.  I realise the thread is a few years old, but it's 'new to me' so thanks again.
