Is the fabric stretchy velour?

it's all upholstery fabric - kind of ultra sued-ish.  I think stretchy wouldn't have kept its shape very well.  The fungus is kind of like velour.... something I randomly picked up in the remnant section about a year ago.  The underside of the fungus is leftovers from the back of a pillow my son made - its horrible cheesy faux suede, but PERFECT for fungus! LOL!
