Last Christmas, I got a pair of nice Bongo jeans.  They flair at the bottom and a few weeks ago they started ripping.  At first it was just threadbare areas and then one of the creases it came with ripped.  I sewed it and the other holes up. Then the crease next to it ripped.  I sewed it up and a few days later, the third rip at a crease on the same leg.
Yesterday, I cut out some colorful fabric for patches and started sewing them on.  I finished this morning and I am at the ready for more holes.

Take this as a warning you lovers of machine ripped jeans.

I love the patchwork look, and great way to get more use out of your comfy jeans!

This reminds me of jeans I saw in a Sydney GAP store - when I saw them I said to Mum "I'll bet I can do that, and I'll bet it crops up on Craftster too" - and look, it has. Good job

If you say 'plz' because it's shorter than 'please',I'll say 'no' because it's shorter than 'yes'.
