Looking for ornament tops - can anyone help?

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy the ornament tops separately?  And if so where?
I've been doing some searching online and so far no luck.
The part I'm looking for is the part that connects the glass ball (or other type of ornament) to the ornament to the hook.
It's usually either silver or gold in color has little clips that go inside the ball and a round wire loop.

I have no idea. I"ve never seen them sold seperately, though.
