Hey there! I’m Lisa and I’ll be 41 on the 4th (tomorrow!).  I live in Cincinnati Ohio with my husband and two children (a 6yo boy and a 4yo girl). We also share a house with my in-laws. Yes, that’s right, I LIVE with my mother in law. Crazy huh? It actually works out really well though. They have a separate suite and we share the kitchen/living room areas. I have wanted to do this swap for a couple of years, but always forget until it’s late in the month….something about the beginning of a New Year always finds me busy. I love that my birthday is at the beginning of the year. It really IS a new year for me.


Likes: Nature – so green is my favorite color in pretty much any shade. I love trees, leaves, and flowers. I also love dragonflies and butterflies, song birds, small animals. I’ve been a little obsessed with red foxes after seeing a pair in our backyard last year. Our backyard! In the middle of the burbs in a city! They were beautiful.
Dislikes – profanity, vulgarity, violence. I’m not into zombies, monsters, tattoos, Day of the Dead kind of stuff (I admire it from afar but it doesn’t fit my style).

Headbands – I have a big head…as in circumference… and have a hard time finding a headband that fits.
Barrettes – I have thick (as in a lot of) hair and it’s hard to find barrettes that will hold my hair. I’d love some pretty ones rather than just using a million bobby pins.
Handmade cards – I’d love these for gifts, or notecards (so blank inside would probably be best)
Handmade stamps – I’d anything in my nature themes

Buttons – any size or kind. I would LOVE some handmade ones.
Paper – any kind, any size (even scraps since I love inchies)
Yarn in natural fiber – I am not a yarn snob, but I have lots of various acrylics/blends. I’d love more cotton and wool or even bamboo.
Wooden or bamboo knitting needles – I have several metal needles but only I set in bamboo (size 5US)
Roving for spinning. I have some, but want more as I WILL learn to spin this year.

My name is Leigh-Ann and I live in Florida.  I turned 25 on Jan 3rd and I feel so old!  I’ve already been married, had a son (he is 3.5 already!), and gotten divorced.  Im single, live with my parents and am still in college.  So feeling kinda pathetic right now.  

I love traveling, skiing, the beach, the ocean, sewing,  FABRIC of any kind, my SON (Levi), bright fun colors, batiks, anything that smells good!  I really like to get things in the mail, and honestly I am not super picky on anything.  If you look at my wists you get a pretty good idea of things I like!

Hey guys! I'm a little late on the wagon, but here goes! My name is Brittany, and I turned 20 on January 17th. I live in Idaho, originally from Anchorage, AK, not currently in school but am studying Psychology when I go back to school next fall.
