I received a wonderful STUFFED, cute little Christmassy envelope from Cealy!
Everything was wonderful and so thoughtful.

She sent me some fabric of my favourite Christmas scene - Cardinals, pretty snowflake stickers and paper.

mine went as an envelope. i just cast the spell on it for infinite room, like they have on Mr. Weasleys Tent for the wizard games

That frog card is awesome.  And the black and white pics in the other package are super too!

I agree. My envelope was an envelope, now I have swap anxiety that it is too small.

Mine was en envelope, but it was like .00something cm too wide so it was small parcel. I'm totally in awe at/envious of how much some of you managed to fit in! Crazy magic powers...

I used a regular letter envelope, but it was too fat and went as a package. It was only about $6 though.

Canada Post can't squish for you, because if they have to squish it through the opening of their measuring whatnot, then it would not survive the automatic sorter.  BAD things will happen to the package and squishing will be the least of it's worries!  That's why I vacuum packed - I was hoping if I presquished things would fit.  It did not.  But at least I knew things were not going to shift!

I received my package today from the incredibly talented Onyxnox. I'm simply blown away.  I'll begin with a group photo.





Wow!  To put it simply, I was spoiled by my partner. The little details are amazing.  For instance, look at the perfect swirl on this ornament.



My favourite part of this package has to be the Marvin charm. He's from Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, my favourite book.







My package was just stuffed with neat things!  A cool magnet that says "I run with scissors" (I actually laughed out loud when I saw it), lots of stars and snowflakes I can use making cards, paper and glass, clear stamps, and hair pins and the background in the picture is actually a bag!  The colour of my camera was a bit off for the hair pins, they are a bit deeper red.  In fact, they are a colour I am using for my wedding next year.  I might just incorporate one into my veil. 

Onyxnox, you are so talented and generous.  I didn't think that much could fit into an envelope.  Thank you, it was a thrill doing my first swap with you.

This is the package that I sent:

I'm feeling now that it wasn't full enough   but it's my first swap, so I wasn't quite sure about what was expected. I thought sticking to the envelope size was super important, but now I wish I had cheated a little! It's some photos that I took, some caramels that I made, some jewelry, lace, and a bow for crafting, some festive bits and bobs, and some seeds from my Mexican Hat plants.

My partner's envelope (Mermaid Cafe). It's awesome and I loved it!

As you can see, she stuffed her envelope a little more than I did! My stepson snagged the balloon right away, and we are planning on using all the awesome stickers for card making on Christmas eve. The jewelry bits are great, I love the little lizard! And the festive clutch is awesome and I will fully be making use of it this holiday season.
