So today I made what I'd like to call beef tonkatsu:

It was super yummy, and cost about $6.75 to serve two people.  It was rather expensive, but these were HUGE HUGE portions.

This meal included:
Steamed Medium grain rice
Beef Tonkatsu [Chicken fried cube steak]
Green beans
Brown Gravy [not pictured]

I'm stuffed.  I hope the picture fills you all up too! <3

This sounds sound good!
I offer you 2 options: either you come to my house immediately, or you tell me how you made this yummy meal!

Aaaaahhhh!!!  Well it was really easy!

Rice:
2 cups of water
1.5 cups of medium grain rice
-Bring water to a boil, put in rice and let it cook for 18-20 minutes.

Green beans:
Place in a bowl with some water, and steam them in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.

Beef Tonkatsu:
[this is just like a chicken fried steak.]
1lb of cube steak.  Cut into a size that will fit ontop of your ricebowl.  [the stuff I got was already cut to fit I guess]
-dip in flour [AP flour]
-dip in eggwash [2 eggs and some milk... like 2 tbsp.  Put a little pepper in it too~]
-fry the tonkatsu in oil.
-take tonkatsu out, sprinkle some salt on it.
-after 3-5 minutes, cut into strips and place it ontop of rice.

The gravy was just beef bullion and of course the corn starch slurry. : )

Hahaha if you live within 100 miles of me I'd come : O
