Tis the season after all Smiley Why not have a delicious snack that covers three bases of winter snacking: gingerbread, peppermint, and sugar!

I came up with this delicious combo when taking a break from all my Christmas crafting (so... many... scarves Lips sealed )

Ingredients:
Ghirardelli peppermint Bark chocolate squares, Honey Maid Gingerbread gram crackers, marshmallows (I used minis because that's all I had)

Set the smores up as per usual. In this case, chocolate peppermint on one half of the gram cracker, marshmallow on the other.

Microwave 10-15 seconds.
I had to do 15 because I find the square doesn't melt very easily.

Then smoosh!

and enjoy!

Happy Holidays everyone!
Thanks for looking Smiley
