But those were just regular people taking them...you should have handed them out or hung them near troubled areas.

I think it's cool, to just hang them there, because even if they are just 'regular' people, if they take a hat, there heads were cold. and that way if someone is to embaressed to go to a clothing give away, they can still get a hat.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this idea!!!!! I think I am going to start EARLY this year- like in January and make hats ALL year long. That way when next December comes along, I'll have a LOT to hang out and around. What an exciting idea! <3
