After looking at of Guy's Big Bite I have been hooked on making my own pizzas.  You ask how?  Guy suggested going to your local pizza palor and purchasing the dough.  The hint is to find a place you think has or know has goood dough.  You have to make sure they are willing to sell the dough for this to work.  I did. Today, I purchase a meduim dough for $3 bucks which is enough for my daughter and myself.  But tonight I cut the dough in half so we could make our own personal pizza.  I bought the pans from the dollar tree a few months ago.  Anyway we can put whatever we want on them.  Tonite we put olive oil and fresh chopped GARLIC on first, then classicos pesto, italian seasoning, cheese, then sausage salami, onions and tomatoes.  I bake them on 400 for 12 to 15 minutes and we eat. I have told my cousin who loves pizza this and he loves this.

Wonderful idea. I think I have most of these items on hand so dinner will always be a breeze and less expensive than going out or delivery! Thank you.

I LOVE PIZZA!!!
Your pizza looks very , very tasty.  I make my own at home and the kids really like to help with the toppings .  My hubby likes the taste and not having to go out in the cold to get the pizza too.

I make my own dough but it's still in the testing out stage as I have yet to find something I like.  I do make my own sauce so my questions are ...................
Those pans you used from the dollar tree...are they cake pans?
Does the aluminum on the bottom of the oven help  much with clean up.  Is that a cookie sheet wrapped in the aluminum?

Thanks   Grin
