I am making jam for gifts this year.  It is Blueberry, Raspberry and Blackberry mix.  I wanna call it Blood Berry Jam because it is so dark red.

You do know that when you're making jam that if you have extra in the pot after filling the cans, you are required to bake a pan of biscuits right then? It's a kitchen tradition! Wink
