If this runs in January, I'd be interested. I've never done an IYP either.

What is the swap minimum? Or is it worked out between partners?

IYPs are essentially personal swaps hosted within the official frame of an organized swap. The timeline is dictated by the swap, but you can swap as much or as little as you want, with a theme or open-ended. Browsing the past IYPs is always fun and can give you a better idea of what it's all about.
