I was so inspired by Knickertwist's emotional snowballs last year (or 2?) that I decided to try my hand at making some. I used papier mache over styrofoam, some pearly paint, and glitter.

Some of the snowballs:

I went a bit crazy and made 2 dozen. Lots of people are getting snowballs this year!

Who would not love these as gifts!!!

Fabulous job--they each have personality!

I am glad you mentioned what paint you used...I love the shine!

The pointy hats are also so cute!

Thanks! It was regular craft paint, but the "pearl" white, it has a nice pearly finish. After that I rolled them in white glue and then glow in the dark glitter, then spray varnish.

I am kind of obsessed with glow in the dark glitter. I even used it on my ceiling in my last 2 apartments. Cheesy

It isn't very strong but it glows a little if you expose it to strong light.
