Random leather cuff

I found a scrap of leather in the attic, and I knew I wanted to make something out of it... but for a start, I cut out just a little rectangular piece and made myself this simple cuff... I love wearing cuffs and this is wonderfully soft on the inside


(the black is shoe polish that stained the lines I cut into the leather to mark the design better after cutting it. Originally there were no lines as I cut it from behind, but it seemed kind of undefined, so I cut some surface lines to mark the design on the front)


for the closure, I simply added a snap button with a mother-of-pearl effect on the outside

It is far from perfect, but I like it for a first experiment and without decent cutting tools....
