I saw this picture on the front page, and I was like, "Oooh, something with Bones" but then I saw it was the gallery for the swap I'm already in and I got even more excited.

I received from Roterosen today and it was such a great package.

Onto the photos, please don't mind the square of table top missing. (My kids decided to put a sticker on there and then peel it off and this was the aftermath.)


I got a crown to wear as "Queen of the Lab" (*squee*), a beautiful necklace and three blown egg ornaments that are so detailed in the painting.



Here is a close-up of the ornaments. They're up on my tree as we speak. Thanks so much!

are those real eggs!!? if not they look amazingly like them. very cool

Yeah, the yolk was blown out of them. I would've never thought to use those as a medium to create ornaments. They're so pretty on our tree.

^^ I've been doing them for years, every time we do scrambled eggs I keep the shells. I have to admit these were the most fun I've had doing eggs in a while.

And - a message came across the FB group this morning that there's going to be a proposal in Feb, one that will make fans happy & Hart Hansen wants to torture fans with the info...

I finished the large last night... Things have been rough around our family of late, having I project that I imagined, planned, knit, felted that came out to match the picture in my head was a wonderful thing! I woke DH up last night to make him look at it and even he was impressed (he's not into Bones...)
