so i already posted these over on the last-minute christmas craft-a-long ( http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=367117.0 ) but i wanted to share them here too...

it all started when my brother's girlfriend and i decided we'd craft for each other instead of buying christmas presents. we exchanged wists, and this http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=197185.0 was on both of our lists! the first thing on her list was an art print of a cup of coffee.... which inspired my first fabric collage with paint pen stitches and button embellishments.... and it was so fun and easy and turned out so cute that it snowballed from there and i ended up making them for almost all the ladies on my list this year...
(the pics are a lil light and not as crisp as i'd like, but oh well...)

These are all beautiful! Such lovely details and great fabric choices. You are very talented and you have inspired me to think of ways to do something similar with my own fabric stash. Awesome!

Well, this is another project that has inspired me to create something! You did an AMAZING job. My favorite is the african mother and child but then again I love the teacup too! Thank you so much for sharing!
