wow skittlebub---I personally love the doll dress the best! But all the projects are wonderful!

I also love the movie necklace...I am trying to stay focused on mod duties and not writing down all the wonderful projects... Cheesy

July theme clarification:  holiday gifts, holiday decorations, winter gifts, winter decorations...I am being liberal here...the point is, in July, make it a month to be better prepared for whatever special holiday/season you celebrate and honor! If it is a foreign holiday, great!

Post your mini to do lists and get going! 25 days left!

Crafting to keep insanity at bay.

I've been haunting this board the last month with nothing to post since I was going through a very drama-filled move to a new apartment. Thankfully that's just about over and my crafting desk is almost ready to craft at again! I am bursting at the seams as there are quite a few projects I'm itching to start right away - hopefully I'll have some stuff to post within a week or so. I can't wait!

The biggest pressure: getting my craftster challenge entry started/finished before this weekend and the deadline!! I have to make it, I will!

Well my swap partner has received but hasn't responded. Wink I highly doubt it's sitting closed and taped up still so I'm posting what I made her cause I really put in some hard work.

I stenciled her a Timeless Riverboat Sora from Kingdom Hearts.

I finally got to make one of those really cool record bowls. All Pixar themed of course. with matching cd bowls to match, the out sides look like records also.

I also made more Kanzashi flower hair clips for her. These are more modern fabric. I bought hair clips from the store and used them as backings for the flowers.

Since I'm on this polymer clay kick I did some charms for a Kingdom Hearts themed charm bracelet. All hand painted and all that good stuff. Smiley

I hope this month is as productive as last.  Tongue

The charm bracelet is really colorful and fun!  Lots of nice details!

You did put in a lot of work--hopefully your partner is on vacation... Cheesy  It was an awesome package you sent!

Thankfully there are some items on my year list that are perfect for the July challenge:

4: Tardis Cross Stitch

25: City Hall
26: Pet Shop

#25 + 26 are Christmas village pieces for my dad so I'm certainly hoping to get those done.

Here's my July list.... (it's super ambitious)

23. Outdoor Pallet Furniture
24. Pull up carpet and paint Dining Room
25. Make TShirt Yarn for a Rag Rug
26. Paint Dining Room Rug in chevron pattern
27. Homemade Laundry Detergent (test run for Christmas presents so that counts. Smiley)
28. Paint coffee table

*cross my fingers that this gets done with the help of my partner's mother who is a workaholic and is dying for things to do around the new house. Smiley

Guess who is the winner of the April 2011 "Make Something for ME" contest?

HINT: We all shorten her name to "RLB" Cheesy

Yes, indeed!!!

Congratulations to...

Rottenlittleboys

There were 19 people who participated (which shows we Craftsters are way better at crafting for others!!! Wink )

PM me with your address to receive your prizes!

After a few more posts, there should be another random prize winner (this is a hint, people!)...

And, of course, the June "Inspired by Others" drawing!

Keep on crafting---I am working on a surprise for everyone who has hit the 50 mark already...details to come! Cheesy
