Those lego things are awesome!  And I love the mermaid poppet.

And at last I've got an update.  Here are some of the bits I've been doing:

a crocheted sweater.  The cold weather was gone by the time I finished it, so I guess I'll have to wait till october to wear it.

a pair of slippers made with odds and ends.  They are very comfy... but far too big!

another monthly square for the blanket I am making.  I still haven't started May... (sigh)

Meet Rosie.  Isn't she cute?

And this is my first prototype of a universal timetable.  I'm trying to use my time better and I never know what to do when, so a timetable was in order, but I keep having to change everything...  I wanted to make it so the little cards could stand there if the board was vertical too.  I haven't managed yet.  In the mini folder on top there are extra cards.

The cards are loose so that you can organise your week however you want and change it whenever you need.  This can also be used to organise different people's timetables when you don't quite see how to do it, then write it down on paper and the board's free for a new timetable.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

meleriffic, the poppet is beautiful! I am in awe of the skill it takes to make one!

soorawn, Rosie is adorable! Is that a button for the nose? It's so perfect! And I'm very jealous of the crocheted sweater. Smiley

That mural is such a fantastic idea and so wonderfully executed.  I first thought "comic book themed guest room?  Oh, god..."  but I take back any ill thoughts.  That is AWESOME!

You all have been so busy I can't keep up.  I have several projects started, but not finished yet.  I did finish planting my vegetable garden today, though, and plant my herb garden.

Did I miss seeing who won the March and April challenges, or have they not been drawn?

Welcome, windgie!

One last project before bubs arrives (later today!)

I made myself a new bag/baby bag yesterday - cute hippo fabric from IKEA, have had it for ages but couldnt work out what to do with it!

Not the best pic, as I had already packed it full of stuff I am taking with me

Good Luck with everything Kwiltykate!

That tote is adorable.  I love that fabric!  I hope they have some neat fabrics when I'm at Ikea this weekend (don't get to go often - 6hrs away)
