I actually managed to finish something in between watching the NCAA basketball this weekend.  I made a frilly apron out of a little girl's dress, but just need to find my cord to post pics!

I made a baby! does that count as a project?  Cheesy
Just finished catching up again, and have pictures of the other project I completed a while ago. Haven't done any crafting for 2 weeks, my stuff is mostly packed away. We were in the middle of moving when baby decided she had enough belly time and wanted to come out into the world.
This is a bracelet I made, mainly to try out a closure idea:

All the zombie love is kick ass!!

Finished some hair curlers, used this tute http://lifewithmonkey.wordpress.com/2007/09/03/hair-curler-sewing-tutorial/ I originally saw them here on craftsters and used the same tute she did. Hopefully I'll be using them sometime this week.

And I just realised that these look like tampons when they're all close up...hmm they're hair curlers I swear.

Here's the apron I finished this weekend, reconned from a little girl's dress that I picked up at the Dig N' Save on a whim.  Probably took me an hour and cost maybe $3, total (I did buy the ribbon).  And if those aren't spring colors, I don't know what are!  Wink

I think I am in love with your apron!  What a great idea!  I see so many cute little girls dresses at the Second Time Around store for super super cheap...they definitely would make great aprons...I love the pattern and that you used ribbon!

I wish it were not midnight...I want to shop now! Cheesy

Cute beaded bracelet, Tanath!  And congrats on your biggest project!!!

Also, love the vest shan-e-bear! Flattering style and fit!

lady4feet--what is inside your curlers?  I have always wanted to try those soft curlers--how do they work?  Do they buttons cause any problems if you sleep in them? And, do they absorb water?
