Making bookmarks for my boys is on my to do list.  I was going to make fabric ones for them.  I really need to get on things like that lol.  I need to work on some quick stuff for my own instant satisfaction.  I'm working on crochet designs and it is a huge project.  I talked to hubby about recruiting some local crocheters to make some of them for me but he said that I shouldn't.  sigh.  I guess he's worried about my idea getting out before I try to get published.  sigh..... One down, 50 to go lol.

Are those bookmarks made of paper?  They are very cool looking.

Ok, here's the rest of the bookmarks I did yesterday and today. I think I'm only going to count them as one project. I had so much fun doing these, and now have another addiction. I'm going to need more books  

The first two pics are one bookmark, a double-sided one that was inspired by all the Rapunzel scarves I've seen lately.

I can't remember who asked but yes the wings open up. Here is a pic of it. I didn't add fangs because the bat was for her grandchild who reads the bat books (Bats go to the beach...ect) and their fangs don't show in those books 

I can't remember if I said this in the last post, but if anyone wants the mod pattern for the bat feet then PM me and I will write it up for you. The bat pattern can be found here for US$5. It's a real simple knit for anyone who wants to try it. I would even recommend it as a first project. It uses Double Pointed Needles, but I don't find them hard. Actually I think this pattern is a great way to learn how to use DPNs. If anyone needs help with how to use them or with the pattern let me know.
