I like how some weekends you get a lot of crafting done and others, nada!  It is great to see so many people making things and also wonderful to see others encouraging and supporting them while they lay low for a bit!

Love the bias knit skirt, soorawn! also great to see that redflags conquered the zipper and quite nicely!  I have a almost unsavory love of zippers...I have been know to hug the wall of zippers at our local fabric outlet...*sigh* true love

the mini quilt sampler is wonderful! I love the little tree.

The baby kimono with the embroidery is beautiful and looks soft and comfy!

rantyhippie--I commented on your afghan in destash but I will say it again--love the colors!

Welcome to those who just joined!  There is plenty of time to get at least some of your projects done...your list is just a guide!

I made myself a pair of crochet slippers and knitted something for a swap. I also got inspired by the Steelers win over the Ravens so I am making something for a nephew (actually his father).

Great job everyone!

oh--and laughing lark--your yarn making is fascinating...I am determined to spin yarn this year!

I found another youtube about distaffs that explains them better. I like the distaff he is using. I may make one of those with the really lumpy yarn I made last week, before I learned how to card right. His is cotton. If I make a wool one, I'll try to felt it, I think...

I feel another project coming on for today. after Ian goes to bed. Smiley

I got the baby sweater and hat set done, along with a blanket.  I also got about 90% of the HSTs done for the twin size quilts

Looking for Mccalls 6337 sewing pattern, if you have a copy you'd be willing to share/give/sell please let me know.  The bag costs $60 and I think perhaps I could make it cheaper/

Projects #2 and #3 are still waiting for their swap recipients to receive before posting but I finally got a picture of project #4 - slouchy ponytail hat.   It's posted over in the Destashalong for obvious reasons when you see the yarn.  Here's a link.  Smiley

I am in the process of making dryer balls. I have four in the wash right now to test it out. I was going to try a different way but it didn't work; they started unraveling, so into the wash they went. Now my hands smell like wool though. Kinda funny smelling. I am using Lion Brand Fishermans Wool since it was the only yarn I could find at Michaels that had more than 20% wool. It is 100% Cheesy

I also finished one leg warmer last night and will start the other one tonight if my wrist stops hurting. I worked on it non stop until I finished so it was about five or so hours. urgh.

sunspotted -That hat is great! I love the colors. I have to admit to twinges of jealousy when I see all of these cute hats here... I really wish I didn't look ridiculous in the majority of hats, because I really do love them *sigh*

Thanks DawnsTrees.  I look silly in hats too but when it's -40C I don't really care.

Finally found my stuffing so I finished another project.

5.  Patchwork Dog

I have a tail to add but it looks silly so far.  I need to figure out where/how to attach it.  Or leave it off completely.
