Wow. That's all i have to say. I may or may not have spent the last three days reading every every page in this thread. (so I'm pretty sure if I plan now, I'll be able to complete 50 projects over this year!)

eclecticdreamer  the bobby pins are very interesting...I think they'd be pretty in hair!  I like'd having long hair and putting it up..that could jazz up an updo nicely.  Doesn't the wire pull hair out??  *ouch!*

I need new glasses, until vampedangel said something I thought it was a video game controller. I hope I never have to pick anyone out of a police lineup  Cheesy

SilverMoon, I'm sorry to hear about your troubles! Yesterday I frogged a dishcloth I was more than halfway through with. It was only an hour's work, nothing near yours, but I've been there and it really blows.

I finally paused long enough to take some photos of what I've made so far this year. I'm gonna repost my list, too, 'cause it's changed a bit.

Photo box for Michael

Dish and spoon for Elora

Crochet hat for Atticus

Catnip eyeballs for Beth

I also made a nursing cover, but forgot to take a picture of that!  Tongue  And since Monday was a snow day, I spent most of it cleaning my craft room. Two bags of garbage, three bags for Salvation Army and a huge pile of paper stuff for recycling ... and I'm only about half done with the cleaning!

Photo hosting is not working for me at the moment, I will try again tomorrow, but today I got all the pieces for my nieces quilts cut!

Looking for Sophia the first fabric and Frozen fabric (preferably flannel, but would settle for cotton) and Phoomph.  I'm in Canada and the companies are that I could order from charge $20-$30 shipping, so if anybody can find some and wants to swap/sell, I would be eternally greatfull.

Here are the action pictures of the shrug.  It'll fit my SO's mom a little differently because she's smaller than I am but I hope she like it.  Cheesy

Could you PM me with a best route for shrugs. I can crochet, but haven't in years. I would love to try one of these, but the patterns I see might me a bit complicated. I know how to increase/decrease, and can follow the simple single, double crochet stuff. Do you know an easy pattern I can get for these? And using scrappy yarn colors (stripes like you have done)? I still have some yarns to destash from years ago, and need a shoulder warmer for winters.

Your version looks great. I hope it is well received!

Adding couple of things to my list:

14. Change the zipper to my crazy quilt bag.
15. Change the zipper to friend's back bag.
