I believe the notion came from a knitted hat pattern I'd used in the past. =]
I used the paper plate 'holder' for getting the job done faster!

FINALLY!  Here are the pictures of my finished projects!

24. Embroidered Celtic Cross for Zach (significant other)

1. Sketchbook Project!  These are some of my favorite pages.

The binding - not the greatest but I'm proud of it! Cheesy

11. School Spirit Shrug for my SO's Mom - I'll post action pictures sometime later because I'm HORRIBLE at taking pictures of myself.

I'm actually pretty proud of myself!  I'm finishing projects!!! Grin

Ffrogg, you've been busy! That embroidery is gorgeous, and so is the shrug. I think you did a great job on the binding!

Ffrogg...Exxcellent job on the Celtic Cross!  Wonderful gift of a shrug...but the Sketchbook has to be one of the projects that I respect most.  Drawing is truly a talent that only a few have...=]

The celtic embroidery and the journal are just beautiful! So is the shrug and the bobby pins, and I love the star hook! This thread is dangerous for creating long lists of "I want to craft that!" items!

Thanks for all the wonderful comments everyone!  *blush* Cheesy

I love those beaded bobby pins!  I just wish I could use them in my hair.  My hair is basically down to my butt and I've always found that its just too heavy for bobby pins to work correctly without a crap-ton of hairspray.
