..and put up with my fellow mods... Cheesy...thank you dawnstrees--it is a joy to participate and to make things and share in the ideas and inspirations of everyone...I love learning new things and plugging away at the old faithfuls...

I truly need to clone myself...so many projects, so little time! Cheesy

That is great, rackycoo!  I just don't have an eye for altered things.  When I attempt them, they always turn out lame.  Undecided

Let's see if I can get caught up.

I finally finished a crocheted baby blanket that I started when I was ten.  (I turned 31 today, so we're talking a mega UFO! lol)  It disappeared, though, and I just found it again a few minutes ago, so I haven't gotten a chance to get pics up yet.

I made bookmarks for the bookmark swap. (2 of the 4: )

I made a hat for my newborn daughter.  (That was on Feb. 24th; can you believe it?  I added scallops to it a couple weeks later, though, 'cause it was shorter than I wanted it to be.  If I upload an updated picture, does that count?)

I made a few small items for the Reading Swap, but I just sent that today.

A wallet for the birthday swap.

A sewing organizer, coupon wallet, and tissue holder for the birthday swap.

A something else for the birthday swap that hasn't been received yet.

And I've been working on the Soul Journaling-along.

I think that brings me up to current.  I'm working on several things right now, but they aren't finished yet.

(Oh, and I forgot to say a page or so back that using the dress ties as the "new" ties for the apron from the little girls' dress is really smart!)

She's the easy one!  If she's not nursing or getting her diaper changed, she's sleeping. lol  Actually, the crocheted items and the bookmarks were good in-bed projects.  You should see my unfinished projects pile!

March has been decidedly unproductive for me. I went on vacation and took nothing with me, so of course I got nothing done. Came home only too get sick, so still nothing done, and when I get better I should probably work on cleaning. Ugh. Cleaning.

I have a poppet in the works that I started before we left. Hopefully, I'll be able to at least get that finished before the month is over.

So I just looked back at the March challenge requirements....  I'm slow - what can I say?  If I can get my brand-spanking-new spindle out with the roving I bought today and kinda figure out how to spin, then I could post it for March's challenge....

Seriously - I think I'm just slow.  And now I feel even SLOWER because always has already finished her 50 projects!  *sigh*  I'm going to go look at my list again and see if I can finish something OOOORRRRRR  add some easy projects I can get done quickly.  Cheesy  Is that kind of like cheating?

No! That's (almost) instant gratification! And everyone needs some of that sometimes!
If I get in a crafting slump it's nice to be able to pick up a little quick project and get those creative juices going again

Great crafts everyone, and grats on 50 alwaysinmyroom!

I've been wanting to try this for a while and decided to use an old pair of underwear for a pattern. I used a tshirt that I got at a computer game convention that I wasn't that fond of, but thought would make an interesting pair of panties. They are about a size 6 or 7 boy shorts. Being my first pair, I think I will do this again but try different types of undies. Sorry for the blurriness. Does that count as something new? Or does it have to be a crafting medium?

I also made a ton more jewelery for swaps and since one of my partners has received I will post. The other has yet to get her package in New Zealand.... But no harm in a sneak peak. Included are earrings, and loaded charm bracelet.
Here is the Molly Weasley Charm Bracelet post.

I also made some monster Sanrio character pins from polymer clay & I made some skull perler bead barrettes. So much fun making these. I will be making at least 2 more pair for each of my nieces. The poly monsters are My Melody- Zombie eating brains, HelloKitty- Frankenkitty, Kuromi- devil/demon.

There will be dry periods of no crafting for me in the summer months...everyone works at their own speed--plus, I do quick projects, so maybe I am cheating all the time! Cheesy

I will be working on my quilts and large sewing projects in April...those will take a few months to finish...

Stuff that I did not post from my finished list.  Two knit scarves trying out different knit stitches...I am about done with knitting now that it is getting warmer...
