Inspiration without application is moot.

High school I wasn't allowed non-natural colours, and after high school I went straight into the job market. Not into a job mind you... I had a bit of a mini mid life crisis when I turned 29, and thought up a bunch of stupid things to do that I was getting on the "almost too old for" side. Dying my hair purple was one of them, and I was only going to do it with one bottle, but I loved it so much I've had it since October. I have to redye it every second week because it fades so fast, but it's worth it for now. Once my hair gets longer maybe not so much. Rebleaching my roots every 3 months is no fun.

Oh yeah, this gives me a great idea. I am working on becoming self-employed where being different is rarely even noticed.

I may just get that blue hair after all.

I love that dress, sorbetsurprise! Perfect for spring!

I have been scarce in the thread because we had a whole bunch of emergencies throughout February, and then this month I ended up in the hospital for a week with a combo of appendicitis and very bad food poisoning. I'm minus the appendix and feeling 100% better now, but have mainly been carding and doing a little spinning since I got home a week ago.

I made this necklace for a young girl in my neighborhood. Her birthday was at the end of Feb, and I took a picture before I gave it to her, but never got it posted to the thread. Until now.  Cheesy

One more thing off the list.

I will be able to to a lot more of my list stuff after my youngest begins preschool this fall.  Smiley

I guess everybody must be drinking green beer today.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy No posts since this morning? Wow.

I haven't been able to complete anything lately, but I've made serious progress on un-paper towels and kitchen drawer organizers. I'm sure I'll finish them some day. Smiley
