Knitted newborn prop blanket I made the other day. Just a simple garter stitch 15"x20" in a ugly brown yarn from my stash.

And some dog treats I whipped up. I made them in January for my dogs birthday, but I didn't like the consistency of it so I revised my recipe and made them again. They went over even better this time. I couldn't even get a picture of my dog with it. Haha.

Your hoopla wall and your work is so lovely, troublet...but it is obvious that you must give away more than you keep! Cheesy

lillianpearl--how nice to make treats for your dog!

And what the heckis a prop blanket?  oh--nevermind, I forgot that you are a photographer who needs, uh, props!  Very nice and neutral for those pics!

Yeah, you're right Always, but I've made more for myself in the last few months than ever before.  Smiley

I finished two more, but since they're only two in a set of four I'm going to wait till I finish the other two before posting pictures. Gotta go to the store for some snowflake-shaped and maybe some leaf-shaped buttons so I can finish the other two tomorrow Smiley

Love the pink cowl (and the purple hair)!

Hehe thanks cursive_queen, I've had the hair since last October. I love it, and got a photo shoot done to celebrate:

Sorry I can't tell you all what yarn I used. It was a huge hank of pink mohair type stuff with no label, that my mother gave me when clearing out her stash. She doesn't knit a lot anymore, and never crocheted much to start with (she made me little pouches for all my crystals when I was a teenager, but she thinks my dragons are very clever), so she's been clearing her yarn out to me. I choose to think of it as ironic, as opposed to cheeky, that I made it into a cowl to give back to her  Grin

That picture is adorable.
It totally counts as using stash for both you and your mom right?  She de-stashed to you and  you destashed it by making it into something useful.

That's pretty cool, rotten. I can't believe I didn't think of that. I just bought two mats ( not icky plastic, but not cute either). Oh well. Maybe when they go kaput.
