I needed a secret Santa gift for a co-worker and I don't have much time or money. I knitted this up quickly and hope he'll like it.

I know it's pretty plain and simple but what do you think?

Thanks for looking!

I think it's great and definately something a guy would wear. Can you share the pattern or the source? I would like to make this for my son. I wish I had a Secret Santa who knits.

No real pattern used. I cast on 108 stitches, worked approximately 1.5 inches of ribbing (p1, k1), worked two rows of p1, k3, follwed by a row of repeated right front cross stitch (a found a tutorial for this online somewhere), follwed by lots and lots of rows of p1, k3 (until the hat was about 5.75 inches tall. At that point I began decreasing. I weaved in the ends and that was it. Hope this helps get you started, anyway. Smiley
