My daughter (almost 3) and I made this together, it was a lot of fun! I did the cutting, she did most of the glitter and gluing. This is a great project to make with your kids!

Meaning behind this wreath:
My daughter has been asking for a wreath for her room, and when I saw this challenge I was inspired to make a wreath from the flower template for the holiday season. As we began the printing, cutting and gluing, I was inspired to make it a little something more meaningful. In our household, Christmas time is less of a religious time, and more of a thankful for family friends, thankful for any peace that we have and for our lives. World Peace is something we always wish and strive for, and World Peace Day is on December 21st.
I decided to shave the outside petals a little, maybe a few cm, but it was enough to help me change the shape into what reminds me of light around an angels head, and in my mind,
The Angel of Peace Wreath
We decorated her with paper doves I had bought here since they are the bird of peace.
The actual form itself is made from an old cardboard box, scrapbook paper and possibly our new favorite craft room item: glitter!

Hope you enjoy, and comments and criticism are very welcome.

I love the bird punches.  I'd buy some if there were more available and with a bit of double stick tape put a flock on the wall.  I love the colors, too.  Beautiful project.
