I wasn't going to participate in this challenge with so much holiday stuff going on but inspiration struck and I gave it a go. Here's what I made from the square box and flower templates...

I printed the flower template 3 times, each time increasing the size. The tree is made cutting the flower template to the centre then twisting the flowers into cones. I nipped the tip off of the cones and used a bamboo skewer to stagger the different sized 'branches' and hold them in place.

I curled the edges of the petals slightly and then added loads-o-glitter *drool*

I used the square bottom box for the bottom. The end of the skewer is pushed into the centre of the box to hold the tree in place. There's a load of fake snow and more glitter *dreamy sigh* added to the top of the box. I wrapped the sides with ribbon to finish it all off.

I may make more but jumbo size them! This one is around 8" tall  Wink

Thanks. It's quite small actually. About 4" wide and 8" tall.

Very nice! I love how you inverted the flower petals and "frosted" the tips.

I'm entirely full of happy sighs looking at this, too!  The glitter snow is such a beautiful touch and I adore what you've done with the templates.  Kudos!
