That is AWESOME!  Yes, please post if you know where the pattern is from.  I would definately add it to my list of things I want to make someday.

ETA:  Oops didn't realize the thread was three pages long and the link was in there.  Still AWESOME.

Fantastic job Deb!  Don't know why I didn't see this earlier, like when you first posted it  Grin

I don't think it's too girly - I would certainly have used it for my sons when they were younger.

I've seen this pattern before but it didn't impress me because of the colors used but now that I see what it can look like with better colors, I will have to give it a try.

Edited to add:
Okay, since, even though it is just about midnight, and I have a busy day ahead of me tomorrow, I can't drag myself away! I did a quick search for the pattern and found this:

I also found this version, for everyone's perusal:

and here's the link on how to fold the pinwheel part:

I love it here at the ice cream shop. In fact, this is gonna be my happy place. If I ever get molested or raped, this is the place I'm gonna think of to make everything all right Stewie Griffin

I think it's beautiful, but I love bright colors and shiny things.  It's a long time since I've done afghans, but this one makes me want to try one again.

very cool blanket! I like that pinwheel square a lot! I agree with the Spiderman blanket- I have a WIP for the Spidey'ghan and it's coming out VERY cool Smiley. I suggest making one (or 2 LOL) if you have boys!
