How can I make these?  They're the curly gift ribbon things you put on gift packages.

I usually use scissors to curl ribbons like that; I'll try to explain how I do it

* Open a pair of scissors all the way and hold them in one hand with the blades up.
* Hold the ribbon against the blade with the thumb of the hand holding the scissors.
* Pull the ribbon across the blade with your other hand; when you let go, it should curl up.

This site says that the ribbon has a shiny side & a dull side and to press the blade against the dull side.

I think you would tape or staple a bunch of pieces of ribbon together & then curl them from where they're connected to their ends to make what's in that picture.
