Christmas is the perfect time of year for making wishes come true, and things always seem to happen better if you write them down. Take Dear Santa letters for example Wink

With this wishing box you simply write your wish on the back (or wishes if youre feeling really greedy) in your best handwriting and display with the rest of your festive ornaments. A fireplace might be best. Lighting a candle and some concentrated wishful thinking might help too. Then just wait for the magic to happen!

As you can see I picked the Mommy and Me Paper Shoes template and used it twice in my project. It makes such a cute flower and I was lucky that it fitted perfectly inside the little box!

Front of the box with ribbon closure and wings to speed your wish up up and away to those best placed to deal with it

Wishes written on the little ticket at the back

Inside is full of love and bloom. The flower is fixed with the winding pin from a watch and has a little game spinner/clock hand because, lets face it, everyone needs a little more time around Christmas!

More shopping time, more turkey roasting time, more time when the kidlets are asleep to wrap presents... Cheesy

And hidden away behind the fancy bloom is

More extra minutes! Well, minute hands to be precise.

A closer look at the flower (since thats the main event)

This was such a fun challenge (though of course I would say that, it being paper)  and I cant wait to see what everyone else has created from the templates!

Thanks for looking! Smiley

Power is strength and the ability to see yourself through your own eyes and not through the eyes of another. It is being able to place a circle of power at your own feet and not take power from someone else's circle.
